- You have the legal right to provide the listed services.

- You will keep your listing updated at all times.

Mannai 360 reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing that violates our policies.

Vendors may purchase subscription plans to enhance visibility and access premium features. All payments must be made in advance.

- Subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

- Failure to renew may result in suspension or removal of listings.

- Pricing, features, and benefits may change at any time without prior notice.

Customers may browse, search, and contact vendors through the platform. Mannai 360 does not guarantee the availability, quality, or performance of any vendor service.

Customers are responsible for verifying vendor details before engaging in any transaction.

Customers may post reviews and ratings based on their experience. By submitting content, you grant Mannai 360 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content.

We reserve the right to remove any content that is abusive, defamatory, fake, or violates our policies.

Users agree not to:

- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information

- Impersonate another person or business

- Use the platform for illegal activities

- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the system

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

Vendors grant Mannai 360 permission to use their business content for marketing and promotional purposes.

We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee continuous availability. The platform may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Mannai 360 acts only as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for any disputes, damages, losses, or issues arising between customers and vendors.

Under no circumstances shall Mannai 360 be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mannai 360 from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if any user violates these terms or engages in harmful activities.

All subscription payments are non-refundable. In rare cases, refunds may be issued at our sole discretion.

Mannai 360 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu.
