Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, in rare cases, refunds may be considered at the discretion of Mannai 360 support team.

Yes, if your subscription expires and is not renewed, your business listing may be hidden or removed from search results until renewal is completed.

Account & Profile

You can register as a customer or vendor by providing your basic details such as name, phone number, email, and password. Vendors will have additional fields to add business information.

Login to your dashboard and navigate to the profile or business settings section. From there, you can edit and update your details anytime.

Click on the “Forgot Password” option on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password via email or OTP verification.

Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting support. Once deleted, your data may be permanently removed from our system.
